1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Customer") and PressCraft Custom Apparel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions or communications.
2. Services Provided
PressCraft Custom Apparel specializes in custom t-shirt printing and other apparel-related services. Our services will be specifically tailored to meet the Customer’s needs as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
The services we provide may include, but are not limited to, custom design creation, garment selection, printing, and delivery of the finished product.
3. Consultation Process
To ensure your order meets your exact specifications, PressCraft Custom Apparel offers personalized consultations. Customers are encouraged to discuss their custom apparel needs via one of the following communication methods:
These consultations are designed to fully understand your requirements and provide expert guidance on design, materials, and printing options. All details regarding your order, including design, quantity, timeline, and cost, will be discussed and agreed upon during this meeting.
4. Agreement and Confirmation
Once all details are confirmed during the consultation, both parties will agree on the scope of the project, including:
Upon agreement, we will provide you with an official order confirmation, which serves as a contract for the agreed services. By confirming the order, you acknowledge that both parties are committed to the details outlined in the order.
5. Payment
Full payment or a deposit may be required upfront depending on the project and services requested. The Customer agrees to pay for all agreed-upon services, including any additional fees for modifications or special requests not included in the initial agreement.
All payments are due before production begins, unless otherwise stated in writing by PressCraft Custom Apparel.
6. Design Approvals
Once the design has been drafted, a digital mockup will be sent to the Customer for approval. The Customer must approve the design before production can begin. Any changes requested by the Customer after approval may incur additional charges and may extend the project timeline.
7. Production and Delivery
Once the design is approved, PressCraft Custom Apparel will proceed with the production of the custom apparel. The timeline for completion will be mutually agreed upon during the consultation. We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify the Customer of any changes to the estimated delivery date.
8. Quality Assurance and Returns
PressCraft Custom Apparel is committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and arrange for a solution, which may include a reprint or refund depending on the situation.
Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns for dissatisfaction with the design or personal preferences once the order is completed, unless a mistake or defect on our part has occurred.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:
PressCraft Custom Apparel is not liable for delays or mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.
10. Intellectual Property
The Customer affirms that all designs and artwork submitted to PressCraft Custom Apparel are either owned by them or that they have permission to use such materials. The Company retains the right to use finished product images in our promotional materials, portfolio, and website unless otherwise requested by the Customer.
11. Liability and Limitation
PressCraft Custom Apparel will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided under the agreement.
12. Amendments
PressCraft Custom Apparel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated to the Customer before proceeding with new services or orders.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province in which PressCraft Custom Apparel operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that state.
